Infrastructure and Storage
Upzo uses various Subprocessors to provide infrastructure, network, and storage services. These entities may process Customer Data to ensure high availability, security, and performance of the monitoring platform.
Service-Specific Subprocessors
We utilize specialized Subprocessors to handle specific functions such as automated alerts (SMS and Email) and billing operations. These entities receive only the data necessary to perform their specific function (e.g., an email address for notification delivery).
