Refund and Cancellation Policy

At UPZO LLC, we maintain a transparent billing process. As a California-based service, we adhere to the California Automatic Renewal Law to ensure you have clear control over your subscription.
1. Subscription and Automatic Renewal
By subscribing to UPZO, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection) at the then-current rate. Your subscription will automatically renew and continue until you cancel.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription rates. We will provide at least 30 days' notice via the email address associated with your account before any price change takes effect.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Self-Service Cancellation: You must perform cancellations directly through your account dashboard in the "Billing" or "Settings" section. This is the fastest and most reliable method to stop future charges.
- Service Access: Following cancellation, you will continue to have full access to your monitoring tools and historical data until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
- No Future Charges: Once the cancellation is processed, your account will move to a "Pending Cancellation" state, and you will not be billed again.
3. Refunds
- Policy: All payments are final. UPZO does not offer prorated refunds or credits for partial months or unused monitoring capacity.
- Billing Errors: If you believe you have been charged in error, have a duplicate subscription, or wish to dispute a charge, you must contact us at [email protected] within sixty (60) days of the transaction date.
4. Account Termination
UPZO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service (including unauthorized monitoring of third-party targets). In the event of termination for cause, no refunds or credits will be issued for the remaining portion of the billing cycle.
