Trial & billing terms
- Your 14-day free trial begins when you create your account.
- Cancel up to 24-hours before the trial ends.
- After the free trial, your paid subscription starts.
- Cancel your subscription anytime from your Settings page. Takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-cycle refunds.
- If payment fails, we will retry and then notify you and finally pause monitoring.
- On account deactivation we retain your data for some time so you can reactivate without losses.
- On account deletion, data will be permanently deleted.
- Prices in USD. Applicable taxes may be added.
FAQ
What happens when the trial ends?
Your card will be charged and your account continues on a paid subscription-basis.
What if I cancel before the trial ends?
Monitoring stops. Your account stays open, nothing is deleted. Subscribe at any time to resume — no re-setup needed.
Will I be charged automatically at trial end?
Yes, to avoid this simply cancel the subscription by following the link on the settings page or going to the Stripe Subscriptions page
Can I cancel before being charged?
Since no card is required during the trial, there's nothing to cancel. If you've subscribed, cancel from Settings → Billing and you won't be charged again.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) via Stripe. Upzo never stores your card details.
Do you offer refunds?
No partial-month refunds. If you're having trouble, contact support and we'll work it out.
